OnSite is seeking a Drainage CCTV Team Leader in Swindon to lead on-site CCTV surveys, coach the crew, and ensure safe, compliant operations on every project.

You’ll review job packs and RAMS, allocate tasks, capture accurate records and data, and maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors throughout each job.

The role offers a salary of up to £38,844 depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage CCTV surveying or a similar operational field.
• Strong health & safety knowledge, RAMS, dynamic risk assessments.
• Confident team leader with the ability to guide others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each job by reviewing job packs, RAMS, and checking all equipment and vehicles.
• Lead the crew on-site, carrying out drainage CCTV surveys and manhole inspections to industry standards.
• Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Allocate tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality.
• Keep accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation, ensuring data is returned promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, reporting progress or issues.
• Ensure every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.
