Job summary

FM Conway Ltd is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to head a two-person crew and perform CCTV drainage surveys using state-of-the-art equipment. You will identify defects, produce high-quality reports and ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently on site.

This role requires outdoor work, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with wider operational teams to deliver top-notch drainage services for UK infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS Card, OS19 Certificate and a full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading CCTV drainage surveys and reporting to clients.
• Able to lead and motivate a two-person crew outdoors and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily CCTV drainage operations, ensuring surveys are completed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage networks, identifying defects, blockages and potential issues.
• Analyse survey findings and produce accurate, high-quality reports in line with client requirements.
• Supervise and support your crew, ensuring work is delivered to the required standards.
• Manage site activities, ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors, management teams and clients.
