Outreach Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy or Registered Manager to lead a new domiciliary care start-up in Derby. You will shape and grow a high-quality home care service, building a strong team culture and ensuring safe, person-centred care for clients from day one.

The role requires an experienced care leader with a solid understanding of CQC regulations, quality standards and a passion for delivering excellence in home care.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and ambitious Deputy Manager or Registered Manager to join our new domiciliary care start-up in Derby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take a leading role in building and shaping a high-quality home care service from the ground up. You will have the autonomy to develop the service, establish a strong team culture and ensure our clients receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
