Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a growing home care organisation in Oldham. The role offers a clear pathway to Home Care Manager and senior management, with development across governance, quality assurance and care planning.

You will lead domiciliary and home care operations, support staff development, and work with senior management to drive service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary/home care management or similar regulated setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and quality assurance.
• Experience leading and developing care teams.
• Organised and commercially aware with problem-solving skills.
• Ambitious to progress into senior management roles.
• Proven ability to manage governance, risk and incident handling.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domiciliary and home care operations and service delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance, governance and CQC compliance.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision and development; manage rotas.
• Develop relationships with service users and families; manage safeguarding.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement across the service.
