ClwydAlyn Housing Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead CAWA’s domestic abuse services across refuge and community settings in North Wales. You will oversee safeguarding, service delivery and staff development to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centred support.

You will collaborate with commissioners and partner agencies to monitor outcomes, drive improvements and ensure compliance with Welsh Government standards while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive workplace.

Qualificações

• Experience leading support, housing, social care or domestic abuse services.
• Knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience supporting teams in complex or demanding environments.
• Strong partnership-working and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing quality, compliance and performance.
• Recognition under the National Training Framework (Group 4/5) and/or relevant survivor-support experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
