Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited seeks a Lead Digital Product Manager to own the CIAM product family within the IAM program, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for customer identity and access. You will lead and develop Digital Product Managers, collaborating with Engineering, Data, UX, and Cybersecurity to deliver secure, scalable identity experiences that drive business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms.
• 2+ years coaching Product Managers across teams.
• Experience influencing senior leaders to achieve outcomes.
• Proven ability to define, track KPIs and drive prioritization.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for the CIAM product family.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized multi-year roadmap aligned with security and transformation goals.
• Lead product discovery using customer insight, data, trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Define onboarding, authentication, authorization, and profile management solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Digital Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
