Job summary

WSP is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer to join our Intelligent Infrastructure team in the UK. You will lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs and provide client-facing technical advice on roadside infrastructure design.

You will mentor junior staff, navigate ambiguous situations, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines to deliver innovative digital design production for major projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or relevant experience in technology design.
• Either working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.
• In possession of domain knowledge in a relevant industry, such as power, communications, electrical, electronics or highway design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs.
• Provide client-facing technical advice of all aspects related to roadside infrastructure design.
• Mentor junior staff and support development.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other engineering disciplines.
