Job summary

WSP is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer to join our Intelligent Infrastructure team in the UK. The role focuses on leading technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs and providing expert advice on roadside infrastructure design, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, be working towards or hold Chartered status, and possess domain knowledge in

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or relevant experience in technology design.
• Either working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.
• In possession of domain knowledge in a relevant industry, such as power, communications, electrical, electronics or highway design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs.
• Provide client-facing technical advice of all aspects related to roadside infrastructure design.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; collaborate with colleagues from other engineering disciplines.
