You will operate in a high-autonomy, outcome-focused environment with unlimited holiday, uncapped commissions up to 70%, and fully remote working.

Qualifications

• Billing success in agency recruitment is required.
• Experience recruiting into Diagnostics, IVD, or laboratory tech preferred.
• Commercial maturity and self-direction are essential.
• Comfortable working with high autonomy in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Win and develop new client relationships within Diagnostics/IVD.
• Deliver senior commercial, technical, and leadership talent.
• Build deep candidate networks across lab tech and diagnostics.
• Advise hiring leaders strategically on market movements.
• Negotiate offers and close high-value assignments.
• Establish a recognized specialist presence in the sector.
