HUYUNO is actively recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and lead a dedicated QA/RA desk. This role focuses on partnering with medical device manufacturers, startups and global firms navigating evolving regulatory regimes.

You will own the market, win and grow client relationships, and deliver senior QA/RA professionals across regulatory strategy, quality systems, and post-market surveillance. Dynamic, remote-ready environment with leadership access.

Qualifications

• Proven billing success within agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into QA/RA, regulatory, quality, or other technical healthcare functions.
• Commercial maturity and self-direction.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy.
• Relationship-led and consultative in approach.

Responsibilities

• Winning and developing new client relationships within Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
• Delivering senior technical, regulatory, and leadership talent
• Building deep candidate networks across areas such as regulatory strategy, quality systems, compliance, clinical evaluation, and post-market surveillance
• Acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders on talent and market dynamics
• Negotiating complex offers and closing high-value assignments
• Establishing a recognised specialist presence within the sector
