Qualifications

• Proven billing success within agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into neurology, neurotechnology, medical devices, or complex healthcare markets.
• Commercial maturity and self-direction.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Winning and developing new client relationships within Neurology and neurotechnology.
• Delivering senior commercial, technical, and leadership talent.
• Building deep candidate networks across neurology, neurovascular, stroke care, brain monitoring and surgical navigation.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders.
• Negotiating complex offers and closing high-value assignments.
• Establishing a recognised specialist presence within the sector.
