Job summary

Collinson is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the design, reliability, and cost efficiency of a multi-region production platform running Kubernetes and serverless workloads. You will set standards, mentor engineers, and drive resilient, secure, and cost-aware operations.

You’ll lead IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions), and AI-assisted automation to improve developer experience and incident response. A strong security and compliance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive AWS experience at scale including EKS, Lambda, EC2, RDS/Aurora, multi-region networking and security services.
• Proven ownership of production-grade EKS with zero-downtime deployments (ArgoCD, Istio, blue/green, canary).
• Terraform/IaC expertise and automation to reduce toil and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reliability, stability, and performance of a multi-region production platform.
• Lead deployment strategies ensuring zero-downtime and continuous availability.
• Own security posture, IAM, KMS, secrets, PCI DSS v4 and CIS Benchmark compliance.
