Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the design, reliability, security and cost efficiency of a production platform running a multi-region AWS environment with Kubernetes and serverless workloads. You will set technical direction for the DevOps team, improve platform standards and tooling, and mentor engineers to raise the team’s impact.

You will drive IaC practices, implement blue/green and canary deployments, and oversee security, observability with Datadog, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing a production-grade AWS-based platform.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end reliability and security of multi-region environments.
• Strong IaC standards development and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reliability, stability and performance of the production platform.
• Enforce SLAs across availability, security posture and resilience.
• Drive incident response standards and multi-region zero-downtime operations.
• Own deployment strategies (blue/green, canary) and traffic management.
• Lead platform security posture including IAM, KMS, secrets and audits.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-assisted operations in CI/CD pipelines.
