Job summary

Eclipse Experience is seeking a Lead Design Researcher to join our diverse team in Old Street, London. You will lead end-user research, design studies with diverse populations, and translate findings into strategic actions for public and private sector clients.

You will collaborate with designers and stakeholders to develop long-term research partnerships and deliver compelling insights through various deliverables. A passion for human-centred solutions and social impact is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a researcher focused on end users.
• Experience designing and carrying out research with diverse populations to generate insights around human behaviour.
• Experience translating research into strategic or operational decisions and actions.
• Interest in developing research ideas, proposals and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to translate insights into implications and improvements for service users.

We are interested in applicants who have:

At least 5 years experience as a researcher focused on end users.

Experience designing, carrying out research with a variety of populations to generate insights around human behaviour.

Experience working with clients to translate research implications into strategic and/or operational decisions and actions.

Interest, willingness and experience in developing research ideas, proposals and long-term partnerships.

The ability to translate research insights into implications and improvements for service users - working together with service designers and stakeholders.

The ability to communicate insights effectively and bring them to life with a variety of deliverables.

An interest in the role of technology to understand people, scale research and deliver to user needs.

A belief that a focus on people is fundamental in creating inclusive policies, products and services for social impact.
