Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Design Researcher for a 12-month FTC to lead and deliver research within the Transport platform. The role involves shaping the research roadmap, working with multidisciplinary design and product teams, and delivering high-quality qualitative studies that translate into actionable design decisions.

You will be encouraged to experiment with new methods, maintain autonomy, and contribute to a large, supportive research community while helping the group

JOB TITLE: Senior Design Researcher (12-month FTC) SALARY: £61,344 - £68,160 LOCATIONS: Manchester, Bristol and Cardiff HOURS: Full-time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites As a Senior Design Researcher, you will lead and deliver research for a specific domain in the Transport platform.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary design and product teams to understand research needs and identify research opportunities.

You will shape and manage the research roadmap for your area.

You will design and execute high-quality qualitative research and share actionable insights that will influence design and product decisions.

You'll be encouraged to be proactive in how you approach research, with the freedom to experiment with new methods and explore different ways of working.

It's an environment where new ideas are welcomed and you'll have the opportunity to shape how research is delivered within your area.

You'll also be part of a large and supportive research and design community, with more than 80 Design Researchers and around 500 colleagues across Design.

There'll be plenty of opportunity to learn from others, share ideas and draw on expertise from across the wider design community.
