Job summary

Eclipse Experience is seeking a Design Researcher to join our diverse research and design team in Old Street, London. You will work on end-to-end research with end users, turning insights into actionable recommendations for clients across Health, Money and Community sectors.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop research questions, recruit participants, organise logistics and translate findings into compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a researcher focused on end users.
• Experience supporting design research with end users and generating insights on human behaviour.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively and bring them to life.
• Interest in the role of technology to understand people and deliver to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out research end-to-end: develop research questions, recruit, organise logistics, and run studies.
• Collaborate with clients to act on research implications and translate findings into recommendations.
• Communicate insights in clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.

We are interested in applicants who have:

At least 1 years experience as a researcher focused on end users.

Experience supporting and carrying out design research with end users and generate insights around human behaviour.

The ability to communicate insights effectively and bring them to life.

An interest in the role of technology to understand people and deliver to their needs.

Willingness to join a team working end-to-end, from developing research questions, recruiting, organising research logistics, to carrying our research in a range of contexts and setting, working with clients on acting on research implications and everything in between.
