Job summary

The Company in the South East of England is seeking an experienced Design Manager to coordinate and lead the design process from pre-construction through to project completion. You will manage consultants, architects, and designers and ensure timely information flow across disciplines.

The role requires UK construction experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a solid grasp of building regulations. BIM knowledge is advantageous and a competitive salary is offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the design process from pre-construction through to project completion
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
• Manage design programmes and ensure timely information release
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams to resolve design issues
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and project requirements
