A talented Design Manager is sought to drive design from Pre-Construction through to construction, planning all aspects, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing design from Pre-Construction to construction.
• Thorough understanding of traditional construction and D&B.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from Pre Construction through construction for projects up to £12m.
• Plan all aspects of the project, identify challenges and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Look to minimise health and safety and financial risk during construction.
• Maintain flow of quality information to meet project timescales.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders with open, clear dialogue.
