Job summary

ESD Recruitment's client, a well-established regional main contractor, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to coordinate design across pre-construction through to handover on London and South East projects.

You will review drawings, liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, chair design team meetings, and resolve design issues while ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and project requirements, supporting pre-construction and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Design Manager within a main contractor environment.
• Strong technical construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

eAs Design Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring all design information is delivered on programme and to the highest quality

.Working closely with clients, consultants, architects and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of construction projects
