Job summary

Leidos Innovations UK Limited is seeking a Senior / Lead Systems Detail Specialist for a major UK defence IT delivery programme. You will own requirements management, traceability, and the formal acceptance process, acting as a primary interface between delivery teams and UK MOD to ensure all contractual, functional and non-functional requirements are evidenced and accepted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading requirements management across large IT systems.
• Experience defining and managing acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Direct engagement with UK MOD or equivalent government bodies.
• Technical leadership across systems engineering activities in regulated environments.
• Documentation governance aligned to defence standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements management lifecycle from capture to verification.
• Define acceptance strategy and plan; coordinate evidence for formal acceptance events.
• Coordinate MOD engagement, reviews, and assurance boards; provide defensible status.
• Provide technical leadership across systems engineering activities within the programme.
• Ensure documentation meets governance standards and contributes to design and readiness reviews.
