Job summary

Leidos UK is seeking a Solution Architect to lead complex, secure system designs and enterprise integration across the portfolio. You will guide architecture in a multi-disciplinary environment, drive high-level designs, and enable delivery from PoCs to Service Acceptance while partnering with Programme, Engineering, Security and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Architecture experience within a complex programme and solution ecosystem, focused on your areas of responsibility while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Design – accountable for the High Level Designs (HLD) of a range of complex solution changes across multiple technologies.
• Inclusive – as a Domain Architect, you lead the solution and foster an environment of safety, change, and innovation.
• Delivery – enable and support implementation, PoCs, and other technical deliverables through to Service Acceptance.
• Collaborative – work with Programme leadership across Engineering, Security and Service in SAFe-based iterative execution.
• Growth – identify opportunities with customer stakeholders to enhance delivered capability and convert gaps to credible propositions for future business.
• Supplier Management – work with existing and new suppliers as required by customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching architectural guidance for complex programmes and architectures.
• Architect modernisation of capability across systems, applications, and platforms.
• Lead technical design for integration, hosting (on prem and cloud), data migration and transformation.
• Demonstrate enterprise thinking and influence stakeholders to realise business value.
• Collaborate with Programme leadership and security teams to deliver iterative, SAFe-aligned work.
• Identify opportunities to close gaps with credible future propositions.
