Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a proven Requirements Engineer to join our defence-focused programs. You will capture, analyse, and translate stakeholder needs into robust technical requirements, lead derivation and architecture development, and support verification and integration activities.

You will collaborate with project teams, maintain technical documentation, and participate in program reviews, ensuring high standards and compliance with INCOSE practices, ISO9001, and health & safety

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer with expertise in Systems Engineering.
Ability to elicit, analyse and translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
Experience with requirements derivation, architecture development, system modelling, and verification processes.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements derivation and architecture development.
Translate stakeholder needs into comprehensive technical requirements and documentation.
Support verification, validation and system integration activities.
Produce technical documentation and participate in project reviews.
