Job summary
Millbank Holdings Ltd in Reading is seeking a seasoned Requirements Engineer to drive capture and translation of stakeholder needs into robust technical requirements for high-security defence programmes.
You will lead requirements derivation, architecture development, and system modelling, while supporting verification, validation, and integration activities across project teams. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and documenting technical work for reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer with Systems Engineering background
- Expert in eliciting and translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements
- Experience in derivation, architecture development, modelling, and verification
- Knowledge of INCOSE practices and lifecycle management
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and health & safety regulations
- Degree in engineering or related field; membership in professional bodies preferred
- DV clearance is essential
