The role focuses on reliable reporting, actionable insights and governance across the directorate, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior data, reporting, business intelligence or insight role with people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service data team, setting priorities and coordinating workload.
• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting using Tableau/Power BI.
• Interrogate complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate major incidents to provide timely, accurate real-time information to senior staff.
