EDF (UK) is seeking a Manager of Performance and Insight to lead a high‑performing analytics team across Sales and Customer Service Performance for Business Supply. You will shape reporting, challenge insights, and drive data-led actions that improve commercial, operational and customer outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, prioritise competing demands, and deliver tangible improvements while developing your team in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within energy, utilities or a similar B2B commercial environment.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management and reporting best practice.
• Exposure to forecasting, planning or business performance management processes.
• Experience supporting transformation, process improvement or digital initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of analysts, driving capability and data-led insight.
• Maintaining and developing reports and dashboards for timely performance insights.
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Developing compelling performance narratives and root-cause analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring improvement measures align to business strategy and customer outcomes.
• Collaborating with finance and operations to understand drivers and future trends.
• Promoting governance and data quality with stakeholders to improve accessibility.
• Driving continuous improvement across the function.
• Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders across the organisation.
