Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to lead our Dams, Reservoirs & Hydraulic Structures discipline within the D&AT Practice in the UK. The role focuses on solving complex dam, reservoir safety and hydraulic structure challenges for major clients, delivering high-quality design and advisory services.

You will lead technical approaches, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive project delivery across UK sites with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, offering career growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Civil Engineer with an accredited UK institution or extensive experience delivering value.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on dams, reservoirs and hydraulic structures projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality deliverables for reservoir and hydraulic structures projects; manage time and budgets to meet requirements.
• Direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams ensuring design work meets applicable codes and standards on time and budget.
• Provide technical leadership, challenge assumptions and guide teams to robust engineering solutions.
• Develop relationships with clients, delivering trusted technical advice and outcomes.
• Grow and manage Dams, Reservoirs & Hydraulic Structures capabilities within the practice.
