Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a Lead D365 Developer to guide D365 and Power Platform delivery within a public sector context. You will work with civil servants and delivery teams to design, develop and evolve CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with government standards and security practices.

The role requires strong D365/CRM development experience, Azure DevOps expertise and a track record of leading software delivery in multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading D365/Power Platform development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Proven experience implementing and guiding Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 and Power Platform development activities.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance for solutions.
• Review requirements and translate into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure development standards, security and quality processes.
