Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead to act as the technical authority for project delivery. You will shape solutions, guide development teams, and engage directly with customers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, staying current with Microsoft platform evolution, Copilot, and AI-driven patterns to deliver scalable, secure business applications across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery.
• Strong Power Apps (Model, Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Experience implementing D365 CE modules (Sales, CS, Contact Centre, Customer Insights).
• Front‑end development with HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/Liquid Template.
• Server-side development in C#/.Net/.Net Core; REST APIs integration.
• Azure integration services knowledge; ALM/CI‑CD experience.
• Understanding of Non‑Functional Requirements; strong customer-facing skills.
• Relevant MS Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, build and delivery across Power Platform and D365 (CE) projects.
• Own technical quality, standards and deliverables.
• Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.
• Work directly with customers to refine requirements.
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches.
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
