Job summary

Digital Gurus in Manchester is seeking a Team Lead for a D365/Power Platform environment. You will not code hands-on but lead architecture, delivery, and align with strategy, guiding a cross-functional team of developers, BA and QA.

You’ll handle sprint planning, backlog, release oversight, and stakeholder engagement, with a major project kicking off later this year and BAU work shaping the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong background in D365 CE and Power Platform (Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience designing scalable, secure solutions.
• Previous experience as a Senior/Lead Developer or Technical Lead.
• Proven team leadership experience (2-3+ years) in an Agile/Jira setup.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to challenge and push back when needed.
• Collaborative, calm approach with mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities

Team Lead role within a D365/Power Platform environment, leading a cross-functional team and owning the end-to-end delivery of business-critical applications.

This is less about hands-on coding and more about technical leadership, architecture oversight, and delivery. You’ll be guiding a team of developers, BA and QA, setting direction, reviewing solutions, and making sure everything aligns with best practice and wider strategy.

You’ll be responsible for sprint planning, backlog management, release oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Acting as the bridge between the technical team and the business. There’s also a major project kicking off later this year alongside BAU work, so plenty of opportunity to shape the roadmap and influence how things are done.

Package:

• 18-month FTC (potential to extend, but not guaranteed)
