Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is a UK public sector digital consultancy delivering agile D365 and Power Platform solutions. You will own development tasks across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Pages and Azure DevOps, while supporting junior colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires SFIA Level 4 senior capability, strong communication, and proactive delivery management to ensure high-quality digital services for government clients.

Qualifications

• SFIA Level 4 Senior D365 Developer with hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform components.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages and external-facing portals.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to business and user requirements.
• Manage tickets, user stories, and delivery tasks through Azure DevOps boards.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain accurate work item updates and delivery progress.
