Michael Page is partnering with a Not‑For‑Profit client to hire a Lead D365 Developer in London. The role blends hands-on coding with managing a small team of 5 D365 engineers, typically 1–2 days in the London office and the remainder remote.

You will guide architecture, code reviews, and project planning while delivering D365 customisations and integrations. The position requires a strong D365 background, leadership capability, and good communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics CE experience required.
• Leadership experience with small teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Basic C# knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for system improvements.
• Ensure the integration of D365 with other systems and third‑party applications.
• Provide technical guidance and best practice for the development team.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Oversee deployment of updates and enhancements to the D365 platform.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
