Job summary

Michael Page Technology is seeking a Lead D365 Developer in London. The role combines hands-on coding with leading a small D365 engineering team to deliver complex Dynamics 365 solutions for the not-for-profit sector.

You will mentor peers, shape architecture, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement business improvements while ensuring smooth integrations and deployments. A hybrid work pattern applies with 1–2 days in the London office.

Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Dynamics CE experience and track record in D365 projects.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small development team or mentoring others.
• Basic knowledge of C# and ability to contribute code when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and code in D365 while managing a team of five engineers.
• Contribute to project planning, 1:1s, code and peer reviews, and architecture vision.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze system improvements.
• Ensure integration of D365 with other systems and oversee deployments.
