As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. An expert in food quality and standards, you'll lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
