Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

  • Are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
