Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment for your team, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Promote a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
