• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator, capable of meaningful conversations with team members.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
