Job summary

Quadient is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for the CRM Domain & Agentic AI to shape its Customer Experience architecture and roadmap. You will own end-to-end CRM designs, drive platform evolution from Salesforce to Dynamics, and set governance for scalable, secure solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate journeys into architecture requirements and explore AI-enabled opportunities to enhance customer engagement and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Technical Lead focused on CRM and customer-facing platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Agentic AI within the CRM landscape.
• Experience designing CRM architectures, integrations, and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture strategy and roadmap for Quadient’s Customer Experience domain, including CRM platforms and related web applications.
• Lead the evolution of our CRM ecosystem, guiding the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics where appropriate.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures covering business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for scalable, secure solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate customer and employee journeys into platform requirements.
