Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced Cost Control QS Team Leader to join the Property Design Section. The role involves leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, embedding cost management, procurement support and commercial controls across a diverse capital programme.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Design Teams and Scheme Sponsors to ensure projects stay within approved budgets while delivering best value.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience leading a cost control/quantity surveying team.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, spend, and procurement processes.
• Strong collaboration with project managers, design teams, and sponsors.
