Costplan Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in the United Kingdom to support project delivery across multiple schemes. You will own a portfolio of tasks, deliver cost plans, estimates and BOQs, and advise on procurement and contract matters from the Ashford office.

The role welcomes graduates through senior QS professionals, requiring hands-on site visits, quality assurance, and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• Experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to switch between long-term developments and fast-moving projects.
• Familiarity with CostX or other estimating software (preferred but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for colleagues to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Take ownership and responsibility for the delivery and management of own projects and tasks.
• Follow quality assurance processes and conduct site visits.
• Manage multiple projects and prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and cost planning.
• Handle procurement advice, tenders, contract forms, interim valuations, and final accounts.
