Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting a Contract Manager to join the Term Maintenance division in London. You will own the project lifecycle from planning through completion, coordinating between clients, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

This permanent role requires a CSCS card, a degree or equivalent in construction, and qualifications such as NVQ Level 6, HNC or HND, with the ability to travel between company locations and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Degree level or equivalent in construction or related field.
• NVQ Level 6, HNC or HND in construction is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-planning, pre-programming and delivery of works with client satisfaction.
• Coordinate between clients, supervisors and subcontractors for site success.
• Work with Head of Contracts to communicate and deliver contract requirements.
• Ensure works programme is resourced with labour, plant and materials.
• Oversee project performance and monthly invoicing.
• Manage a team of supervisors to complete works on time and to standard.
