Job summary

Infosys leads global digital services and consulting. We are seeking a Lead Consultant to drive reporting workstreams across Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management in London, delivering Power BI insights and a robust semantic model for HCM data.

You will partner with HR, IT and PMO stakeholders, shape functional specs, and oversee testing and governance all while embracing Infosys’ inclusive, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, reporting in HCM
• Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration
• Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred
• Experience in advanced analytics and AI based solutions on HCM highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition /Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.

• Work with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights
• Work with data modeling team to define reporting semantic model
• Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders.
• Participate in design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints, and hypercare support.

Job Description

Preferred

• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Background in public sector or healthcare transformation programs.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
• PL 300 / Power BI certification.
