We seek an analytics specialist to lead HCM reporting initiatives, define functional specs, and design Power BI dashboards. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration across HR, Payroll, IT, and PMO, with a focus on accurate data modeling and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle TBI.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with advanced analytics and AI-based solutions on HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, TA/TM, Performance and Career Development.
• Define reporting functional specs for the subject areas.
• Design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights with data modeling support.
• Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics for accuracy.
• Collaborate with testing to define and test reporting cases.
• Work with HR, Payroll, IT, Data and PMO stakeholders; participate in design reviews and governance.
