Job summary

Collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards, shape the semantic model, and validate data accuracy. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and quality in governance and hypercare support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, reporting in HCM.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration.
• Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred.
• Experience in advanced analytics and AI-based solutions on HCM highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition /Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.
• Define reporting functional specs of above subject areas.
• Design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights with technology teams.
• Define reporting semantic model with data modeling team.
• Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics.
• Collaborate with testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders and participate in governance checkpoints.
