Job summary

Infosys in London is seeking a Lead Consultant for Functional Reporting to drive workshops across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition/Management and Performance Development. You will define reporting specifications and ensure accuracy of the reporting landscape.

You will collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HR insights, define semantic models, and validate logic and data structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in HCM reporting and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM data models and integration.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirement workshops for HR, Payroll, Absence, TA/TM, Performance & Career Development.
• Define reporting functional specifications for these domains.
• Design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights with technology teams.
