The successful candidate will lead the functional implementation, manage stakeholders, and mentor consultants throughout the lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery on a large-scale Oracle HCM project.

The client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to lead the functional implementation for a large-scale organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design, client engagement, implementation delivery, and mentoring consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead workshops, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
