Job summary

Spinwell Global is seeking a Lead Consultant for Oracle Fusion Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) based in Stafford. The contract is initially 3 months with potential for extension. Inside IR35, the daily rate ranges from £360 to £405, aligned with experience and project scope.

The successful candidate will lead the functional implementation, manage stakeholders, and mentor consultants throughout the lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery on a large-scale Oracle HCM project.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
