Job summary

Vita Group in Manchester is seeking a Head Concierge for Water Street to lead a front-of-house team and deliver premium service across a luxury residential community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, coordinate maintenance, and support the General Manager in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a proactive approach to guest relations, events, and occupancy enhancements, with flexibility

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Experience delivering premium/luxury service.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Flexible to rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and maintain a high-empathy work environment.
• Tenant Management – Handle resident enquiries, address complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintenance Oversight – Coordinate repairs with maintenance staff and contractors; ensure timely completion of works.
• Health & Safety/Compliance – Enforce building rules and safety standards.
• Emergency Response – Primary point of contact for emergencies and coordinating actions.
• Marketing & Event Management – Assist with marketing vacant studios and organizing community events.
