• Ability to define synthesis planning constraints and rules.

Responsibilities

• Own computational chemistry end to end from target molecules to the lab execution plan.
• Collaborate with synthetic chemists, automation scientists, and engineers across disciplines.
• Develop rules, models and workflows for planning that apply across platforms and scale.
• In first 90 days, ingest vendor catalogs and build compound-registration workflows to support planning constraints.
