Job summary

Isomorphic Labs seeks a Bioanalytical Lead to bridge AI-driven drug design and wet-lab preclinical work. You will define bioanalytical strategy across small molecules, biologics and ADCs in non-GLP and GLP settings, and oversee external lab validation.

You'll manage global CROs, coordinate logistics, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with AI teams to feed predictive models and identify novel biomarkers for preclinical proof-of-concept.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field with 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience; OR a B.S./M.S. with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of leading bioanalytical strategies across multiple modalities (small molecules, biologics, ADCs).
• Deep understanding of GLP and non‑GLP preclinical study regulations and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive bioanalytical strategies for small and large molecules and ADCs from discovery through preclinical development in non‑GLP and GLP environments.
• Oversee design, validation, and transfer of PK, PD, and immunogenicity (ADA) assays at external labs.
• Collaborate with AI/machine learning scientists to integrate bioanalytical data back into predictive models.
• Lead biomarker assay strategies, utilizing AI-identified novel biomarkers to support preclinical proof‑of‑concept.
