Job summary

Stealth - AI x Bio is building the computational backbone for data-driven synthesis in a stealth startup. You will own the end-to-end computational chemistry workflow, connecting synthetic chemistry, cheminformatics, and software with lab automation.

You will sit with the chemists and automation engineers, turning expert judgement into repeatable rules, models and workflows, and you will shape the platform from day one as a founding member.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in synthetic organic chemistry and ability to distill expert chemist knowledge into computational rules.
• Experience with retrosynthesis or computer-aided synthesis planning and ranking synthetic routes.
• Strong cheminformatics skills including molecular representations, stereochemistry and chemical identity handling.

Responsibilities

• Own computational chemistry end-to-end from target molecules to synthesis plans.
• Define standards and write production code to shape the platform and data workflows.
• Model and implement how compounds are represented, registered and traced across the workflow.
